I've been using Parentgiving.com for over a year to keep my mom supplied with various products. She resides in a memory care facility and doesn't have much space for storage, so I've had to adjust quantities and frequency of auto-deliveries many times. Customer service has always been so great! They are understanding and responsive. I really appreciate how flexible they've been. They have a great selection of products, including things I had never heard of that the staff at mom's care facility requested for her. I highly recommend Parentgiving.com over Amazon, which I used previously and has little to no actual person-to-person customer service.

I have always received accurate, friendly and fast service. Products meet all needs, sizes etc. Very pleased.

Quick and easy delivery

This company was a great discovery when a difficult and unexpected issue occurred with my partner's kidney health and found us unprepared to deal with it. The products come fantastically quickly - within a day or two. Parentgiving also offer samples of products for approx $1.99 per item which is great but only drag is the samples take longer to be delivered. They do have a great range of products and while all that we ordered were a Godsend, not everything worked for us, alas. But I think the male anatomy is just difficult to manage compared to female. However even those items that didn't work brilliantly still made a terrible situation better and less fraught. For people with permanent issues, one can sign up for monthly deliveries. Re costs: I can't speak for if the products are more or less costly than other options as we found this one-stop shop and kept to it. Overall, this company provided good to excellent products and a really great service; we are grateful that we found Parentgiving.

They are the best of all ..and I have used all of the other brands. It's been years since I have felt so comfortable in public. Parentgiving is my new friend..

Everything arrives usually the next day after I order and with free shipping. We've been especially impressed with the dry direct brand of incontinence overnight briefs. Dad says they are very comfortable and he has had less leaks. After trying almost all the brands on the market these and 1 other brand are what we choose for overnight.
