Unwilling to process full refund of…
Unwilling to process full refund of unopened, more precisely still in shipping boxes that were never opened. Products were ordered on May 25, 2021. My father passed away on June 1, 2021 and was in the hospital from. May 27 till his passing. An offer of less than the cost of order is supposed to be refunded and we are not required to return products. The restocking fee of 5% and 15% would apply and shipping would have been our responsibility. Under the circumstances, it feels like a gut punch and a company policy requiring RMA to return items, but not giving us the option leaves a very nasty taste in our mouths. I would caution anyone dealing with seniors to think twice before ordering from parentgiving.com I am updating this review as of 10/11/2021, the partial refund has yet to appear on his credit card statement. The account has been closed, but it stills can accept refunds or returns

Unfortunately, the vendors did confirm that with restocking and shipping fees the items would not be cost-effective to return. However, per my email, as a courtesy to you we offered to facilitate a non-return, whereby you could donate the products, and we would credit you.
