My husband is a parapalegic and wears adult breifs. It was very hard to find a big enough size from local stores, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart. I found your company on line, found the sz. he needed, and had them at my door very quickly. My husband is satisfied and they fit very well.

Products great, delivery terrible
While the products so far are great.. the delivery process snd status of is very poor.. I ordered Twice and what’s said to Be 2-3 business days has been well over a week and I had to go out and purchase emergency products because of that.. I also I called and inquired and was told I would get it the next day and they would send me another tracking number.. which I never got nor did the product come yet

I am sorry that you have experienced delays in receiving your orders. This order was placed on the evening of 07/13, shipped the following day, and was delivered on 07/16, within our usual three-day delivery time frame. Currently carriers, including FedEx, are experiencing extremely high volumes of freight, and, consequently, resulting delays have occurred. Similarly, vendors are receiving delays in receiving stock into their warehouses. Both situations are frustrating, but, entirely beyond our control. Please contact customer service, if you are not in receipt of a product, in order that we may remediate the issue for you. Director of Customer Care

I think Parentgiving is a superb company for senior products. I have been using them for many years and they keep improving products all the time. I would never go to another company.
