I am a caregiver for my mom who's 81and suffers from Dementia. She is completely incontinent and a Very Heavy wetter, especially at night. Every morning when I walk into her room, I'd be taken back by the urine smell. I'd have to strip her bed and launder her sheets and pj's every morning, and yes I also use heavy duty bed pads as well. I was at my witts end! So I Googled heavy duty overnight adult pull-ons and these came up in my search. Let me tell you, this is worth every penny. Since my mom has been wearing these, my morning routine no longer requires doing laundry. I'm amazed at the amount of urine the pull-ups can hold..with no leaks, and no more urine smell!! So not only are these SUPER absorbent, but they are oder absorbent too!! It's a win-win. These are now on Autoship! Thank-you for this Amazing product!

I have always been pleased with products and delivery time. Now that my wife is in hospice care some of the products i ordered in past are now paid by Medicare.

I am so glad that I found this company. The website provides fantastic information useful for caregivers. I bought DryDirect "special panties" for a loved one with Alzheimer's. She had never worn underwear for bowel incontinence before and I hoped and prayed that she would wear them. I took the advice in one of the articles, and gifted it to her, saying, "when I saw these "special panties," I thought you would like them." She tried them on and they were actually kinda cute, with ruffles. She wears them every day and they have helped GREATLY! I no longer have to clean her bathroom on a daily basis, and she is no longer embarrassed by any "accidents."

I think the products offered are of superior quality. I ordered an item that wasn’t suited for my needs. Getting through to customer service via the phone number provided was difficult. When I did speak to a representative she was very helpful and offered to send me a select of free samples.

The package arrived in tattered pieces. The product was not damaged but it not a product I would buy again. The disposable pants are so padded and rough material I am just going to give them to. A nursing home. Not at all what I was led to believe. With in minutes - not hours or days a refund was posted for my purchase with a promise to raise the issue with the vendor DryDirect.
