Needs improvement
The adhesive is not strong enough. The pads are soft and fluffy but do not hold enough moisture.!I used them inside several layers of incontinence wear. Still does not change my review. The adhesive needs major work. I used double sided tape to hold the pads in place.

These pads are for use within an incontinence product, and not as a stand-alone product. Please contact customer service if you would like recommendations for other products that may better suit your needs.

Packaging
Your product is great! No leaks, comfortable... But your packaging SUCKS! Your package was NOT discreet at all! I live in a community, where everyone's mail is put in a central location. So guess who is getting all the diaper jokes? I am now getting pacifier, Pamper coupons in my box! So THANK YOU for the HUMILIATION!!! So in the reply whoever said they don't have control over the packaging. To me that is a crock! The package had your logo on it, so that tells Mr they use the packaging you tell them to... all I'm saying is TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! and QUIT making excuses!!!

We have no control over how our supplier warehouses ship orders, and cannot guarantee that boxes will not display product brand names.

Fast delivery. Great product. Check the free shipping details.
I received my shipment the next day after ordering, to my delight. The pads are very absorbent and do the trick. Unfortunately, I took advantage of your $5 discount offer which disqualified me for free shipping and I wound up paying more. I'll certainly check the figures next time I place an order.
