Pads leaked through. Absolutely no protection!

I have tried several times to order on line when the store itself is closed. I have never succeeded! it always says something went wrong and try reloading your page. Well, that statement has always been a joke. My page keeps telling me the same thing. My alternative tries on the phone have been met with something like "We are very busy now. We will call back or you can try again later.." This has happened to me 3 times during regular business evening hours. The same thing occurred every time I tried.. This is the modern age of electronics. Why are these always no good?

Great product, fast delivery

Great products although the tape on diapers tend to split along the back of the right leg. Subscription is handy once i figured out how to order properly. Only downside other than occasional product issue is that it's a stretch for our budget to afford these. But with Mom being bedbound for almost a year now having pads and diapers that can absorb a great deal of urine and feces we cut back on other things. All in all a great company that answers their own phones promptly with people who genuinely care.
