what a joke of a company, i know your parents i did some research, you lived and leeched off them until you were 19 please stop being a clown when you barley have a functioning company, thanks.

Needed my transcript and paid for international priority overnight delivery - after numerous phone calls (very rude customer service) and emails , was told that the transcript was returned after 10 days. Reordered, and cannot find a tracking number now. It has been over 2 weeks for an overnight shipment. This is a call to all universities to stop using their services because this is too much effort for receiving my own transcript.

Double charges, nobody to talk to, Teddy Rosevelt busted monopolies, class action to be next, hopefully

A useless, unnecessary company that has horrible customer service. Avoid if you can!

If I could rate it zero I would. NEVER GOT WHAT I WANTED!!!!

Remember when you melted down over a cooking video? Good times

I would give them a ZERO if I could. I have been on the phone with them for hours trying to get help with the account. First rep was somewhat helpful, second, not at all. Then held for hours until I hung up waiting for a manager to answer as promised.

So do not allow you to cancel your order when you select the wron transcripts I do not like this website.
