Zero Stars
Zero Stars. Fraudulent business practices. I placed an order for a copy of my diploma. NO WHERE in the ordering process was it stated that I only had 30 days to download this file, the only available order option. Just because the company lists this in the FAQS menu (that you physically have to go through and use a drop down menu) does not cover them from notifying you about their "return/refund" policy when buying a good from them. They must clearly show this and they DO NOT. Also, their email in which the download is provided clearly states the requestor of the email will receive a notification once you access the Diploma, so they can see if the consumer downloaded it or not. The email I received when I contacted them stated there was nothing they could do. Businesses that provide goods must have return/refund/replacement policies, even if they don't offer them. They must CLEARLY state what their policy is, which this company does not. Parchment not offering to send another download or a refund is illegal. I guess consumers have to pursue a chargeback.
