HORRIBLE customer service. They sent my records to the issuer instead of the intended destination. Zero regard given by customer service. I am told to pay again. Unethical business practices.

Do not order from them, garbage company with peanut brain CEO. Also should go under the investigatiopn for Fraudulent business practices and their payment system does not abide by the FCBA.

This company has unethical and illegal practices. If there is any attorney or federal agency willing to look into why and how this company has access to sensitive documents please do so. I have concern they are mishandling and possibly engaging in security and inhuman practices of handling such data and information. A valid fact is their payment system does not abide by the FCBA which is a fact and a huge concern as this is clearly a sign of a third party service having access illegally and unethically.
