Still waiting for certificate, it's been over a month. The website says 5-7 business days. Contacted customer service, they couldn't find the order at first then when finally they do, all they can say is that it was shipped and they can not track cause they use regular mail. All other classmates received their certificate within 2 weeks of ordering. Horrible service and customer service. They don't care if you receive your documents, it's important only to you. Do not recommend this service, avoid them.

If you are an institution and have a choice to dispurse documents any other way... Do it. This is a total garbage service that is predatory towards consumers because there literally is no other option. They claim that there is clear communication about 30 days availability of your document, but that is not the case, I just had to purchase a replacement (even though there is no record of my computer ever downloading a provided document from them) and no where in the purchase flow does it say you are only entitled to temporarily view your document on their system... I wish university registrars could take head and move their business elsewhere since that is what is allowing this service to continue to exist.

I knew something wasn't right, now I see why. All these 1's on the review including my review is factual. I'm pissed! Been awaiting the mail for days now. Went back online to check the order status and it states "no past order " I felt that was odd..sent in a request, now they tell I ordered electronic official transcript only. What the heck, why would I do that and I can print it for free and not $10. I know for a fact I requested mail to self.

Worst company I dealt with in years. They responded to emails, but are not helpful, refuse to provide tracking or refunds. It's been five weeks and I still have not received my order. They said it could take up to another month to process. I ended up having to order directly through my university due to Parchments ineptitude. My university mailed out my diploma the same day of my request. I told Parchment to cancel and refund the order. hey refuse to comply with my requesr. Parchment does not seem to care and did not deliver what was ordered.

Absolutely useless. Do Not Use!!!!’not 100% sure this is a legit company!

The CEO, Brandon Howard, is proud to act unprofessionally while using the company accounts by bully a young girl online, because her dad cooked her food and she shared a video of it on TikTok. Why? Who knows maybe it's because his parents did not love him as much as he desired. However he did this with the company account on TikTok. Next she messaged them to let them know maybe their TikTok was hacked and he decided he'd through his weight around and continue bullying this girl. Then the company threatened legal action against the girl for showing all the proof that Brandon Howard was acting like a child. That's my review of the company and be careful who you surround yourself you're guilty by association.

This company is all computer automated. It is next to impossible to talk to a living person. Their online AI sucks and is not helpful in the least. I have been on the phone for hours with the school trying to resovel the problem that I have never received my transcript. Ultimately, the school only has the capability of submitting a request to Paarchment and hope that someone does something. The order was placed 8/31/24 and on 9/17/24 I still do not have a copy of my electronic transcript. This company needs some serious work to get things right. I know I am not the onlhy having problems. I am on the phone now with Parchment andd asked to escalate my call and they can't because they are all working from home. They have no way to talk to their supervisor. Who is is supervising this mess? I was just informed that this is an offshore sompany not located inthe USA.
