I needed to order my undergrad transcript from two different schools. I went on yesterday to try, and every time it was time to pay for my order after I entered all of my information, the webpage crashed and just took me back to the home page. I tried about 3 times for each transcript that day, and the same thing happened. I then went on today to try and do the same thing. It took me a little farther into the order, meaning they took my card information, and then right as I hit the "order" button, it kept saying that an "error occurred". I AGAIN had to do the same process about three times for each transcript for it to finally go through. I swear I better get these transcripts, especially after reading these horrible reviews, but I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't. No website or company should be run like this.

It was all good… until I received one of my transcript open! I ordered two transcripts and paid $12 for both. One is open!! Ridiculous! Unable to reach their customer service support. For $6, I won’t stress myself for this so I just licked the side of the paper and closed it. It looked ridiculous but it’s okay that’s why I didn’t proceed to call my credit card to dispute for the $6 as I might still use it in the future perhaps. But this incident gave way of this company’s irresponsible and negligent handling of important documents. Not sure if I’ll trust them again. Probably because they changed from Arizona to Ohio. The one I got from parchment before was from Arizona and it was so much better than the handling of the Ohio branch which is disastrous.

CEO is a bully, threatening a young girl for reposting his own comments on social media. Don't give your business to bullies, boycott this company.

CEO is bullying a random girl and from what I've seen its a 50/50 chance you'll get your order and 100% chance of no refund if your order isn't delivered Brandon you need to grow up your acting childish and come off as a baby

Paid for a transcript, I had to fill out a form, attach it to file with with the information To who it’s from and who is receiving it and they did not send it to the school so I paid For nothing!! Spoke to customer service they told me I had to pay for the service AGAIN!!! To have a sent to the correct email address even though the correct email address what’s on the form!

After reviewing different experience, I went further not to judge a book from it's cover but a leopard will always be a leopard. Parchment is a nasty company, they are just interested in making incentives. Made payments for two programs ended up combining the two as one document. How can you present a document with a master's heading for PhD. My GPA was inaccurate with what the school displayed online. PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH THIS CORRUPT FIRM

This paper is garbage. I used it and got paper cut on my taint! Will demand ointment and refund from Brando
