Unfair time management for workers
Im giving this a 3 mainly for their workers who are excellent. Their hours have been cut in half making their jobs all but impossible to complete. I have had 2 different psw's who have been great. But last week i was informed that i needed to be ready for a shower immediately after breakfast because all showers needed to be completed by 9 am. This is not only unfair to your staff but also to the clients who are rushed potentially causing a fall. Our elevator was out of service so i missed my shower completely.
