I contacted Paraiba International to make a custom engagement ring and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Adam is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was easy to contact and responded quickly, letting me know every step from stone choice to shipping. Working with him on making small changes to the design was very easy as well. The fit and finish of the ring is absolutely spectacular. My fiance couldn't be happier and said it was perfect beyond her expectations. Overall it was a fantastic experience start to finish and I'd love to make another purchase for a necklace or bracelet in the future!

Sorry but I ordered on line and did not have personal contact. What I can say is the stone was packed very securely , left your office in a minimum of time, and Fedex had it on its way very efficiently. However when it arrived in Australia things slowed down, and it took 5 days to go about 1400 kms. But I realise you have no control over this part of the journey. Thanks , Bert Robinson. Amazing!! I have bought many gemstones over the years from Paraiba. Adam is great to deal with and has helped in designing some pieces of jewellery with us. The gemstones are beautiful and although I dont know how to grade gemstones, I feel that I can trust Paraiba. The earrings and necklaces I have had made from Paraiba have excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Paraiba.
