The case of the cologne was open, it wasn't sealed. the cap of the cologne had a scratch on it. It looks like it was something that they had on display for a while. it wasn't new.

RECEIVED THE WRONG BOTTLE. THE BOTTLE ON MY RECEIPT IS WHAT I ORDERED,WHICH IS THE 2019 VERSION ORANGE BOTTLE ANGEL EAU CROISIERE MUGLER.I WAS ASKED TO DOUBLE CHECK MY ORDER AND TO SEND A COPY OF MY RECEIPT SO I DID. I'M ONLY GIVING 2 STARS BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE DID HELP ME WITH THE SHIPPING LABEL. I ORDERED SAME FRAGRANCE ELSEWHERE.You need to change the bottle you are offering, because customers see the orange bottle which is a discontinued 2019 version and then you send the blue tricolor bottle .

We did change the image as soon as we received a notification from you. Also we sent you a free return shipping label as this was our mistake and refund the full amount as well.
