Dear William, we take feedback like this very seriously and always strive to help our customers make informed investment decisions. We reached out to Trustpilot in an attempt to obtain more information so we could locate your account and address your concerns, but unfortunately, you never responded with any identifying details. Without that information, we have no way of verifying your experience or assisting you. To be clear, we are not a scam—we have thousands of satisfied subscribers who follow our recommendations successfully. However, as with any investment, there are risks involved. We consistently advise customers never to risk more than they can afford to lose and to diversify their investments rather than putting everything into a single recommendation. Many times when customers lose money, it is because they are not properly following the strategies we outline. That said, we would still love to help you. If you’d like assistance, please reach out to our customer service team at 844-731-0984, or submit a request online using this link https://paradigmpressgroup.com/contact-us. You can also respond to our request for more information so we can look up your account. We are more than happy to review your situation and see how we can assist you.

Dear Catherine, we take customer feedback seriously and want to ensure all concerns are properly addressed. However, after thoroughly reviewing our records, we found no subscription associated with your name for $500, nor any prior emails or phone calls from you regarding an issue. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM EST, and we provide multiple ways to reach us, including phone and email. Additionally, our Contact Us page displays estimated wait times to ensure transparency in response times. If you had reached out to us directly or responded to our request for verification on Trustpilot, we would have been happy to assist you in resolving any concerns. If you still require assistance, please contact our Member Service Specialists at 844-731-0984, or submit a request online using this link https://paradigmpressgroup.com/contact-us We are committed to providing quality service and ensuring our customers receive the products they purchase. Thanks for sharing your feedback, Jeff. I’m sorry to hear the promotion felt like too much—it’s definitely not our goal to overwhelm anyone. As a company, we’re focused on delivering valuable investment ideas, but I understand that the way it came across didn’t sit right with you. We do highlight some of our most successful recommendations because we’re proud of them, but we also try to make it clear that not every pick will hit those same highs—investing always involves risks. When it comes to emails, we only send information about ideas we think you might find interesting. That said, I understand how it can feel like a lot. You can always adjust your preferences or remove yourself from certain emails at any time. If it’s easier, our customer service team would be happy to help make those changes for you. If you’ve had bad experiences with other companies before, I completely get your hesitation. We work hard to provide solid recommendations and strong customer support, and we’re proud of the results many of our portfolios have delivered. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts—it helps us get better. If there’s anything else you’d like to discuss, feel free to reach out.

All of our monthly newsletters come with a full money-back guarantee, so if you are ever unhappy for any reason, you can request a refund.
