I finally was able to get someone on…
I finally was able to get someone on the phone to cancel all subscriptions. Refund. Do not renew anything. This has been a VERY BAD experience. I had been emailing them for weeks to cancel subscriptions and Refund money. They have NEVER responded at all to date. June 22, 2026. They have a terrible track record for communication Except sending several emails a day with 'Once in a Life Time' opportunities that are to return thousands of percent returns. Well their track record for that is also Terrible. The lies and misinformation is astounding. Mr Altucher gave a recommendation for DXYZ very specifically and said it was a great way to buy SpaceX before the IPO But you must buy it before the June 12th SpaceX IPO. I did. Its never been in a plus position. It has gone down over 33% and was even down on the day of the IPO. I can only wait for it to get to break even now to get out of it. 2 other recommendations. I bought 1 of them. It is down too. And the third one I have monitored. Its down even more. So the fact becomes we were the money lenders to them to buy private equity. Through our subscriptions. That were earth shakingly important to buy now. They person asked me why I was canceling. I told him all the reasons. And that we were definitely lied to about the DXYZ recommendation. Because Mr Altucher says now that they never told us to buy that. This a blatant lie. Its on the recorded infomercials where he states. Buy it before the IPO and it will give you good exposure to the IPO but at a much less price. Also the person on the phone began to tell me that these are long term recommendations. Not one place in all the hype videos (and yes they are way too long. Too much bragging repeats of their great track record) Is there a mention of you have to invest in these for the long term. They are touting returns of thousands percent in just weeks. Days even in some examples. They are not trustworthy that I can see. Also special reports. I was promised 3 in one place and another 7 in another. I have NEVER received even one. Not a single special report. This is not only bad business but I can only conclude out right lies. How they get away with this for very long I don't know. My best recommendation is STAY AWAY FROM THE ENTIRE GROUP. Altucher and Paradigm Press. They are scamming sales pitchers who I wonder if they own any thing they tout John Mertens

We’re sorry to hear your experience left you feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. We take customer concerns seriously and, after reviewing your comments carefully, we would like to clarify several points that do not align with our records. First, the claim that Paradigm ignored repeated attempts to contact us is inaccurate. On June 18, 2026, a supervisor from our customer service team made multiple attempts to reach you directly by phone. Multiple voicemails were left, and follow-up emails were also sent after those calls because we genuinely wanted to address your concerns and resolve any confusion surrounding your account. Additionally, we conducted a thorough review of our customer service system and found no record of emails submitted through our official contact page, which is where support inquiries are routed and tracked. Our customer service team typically handles inquiries in real time or within approximately 24 hours. We would also like to address comments regarding investment recommendations and expectations. At Paradigm, we strive to clearly communicate that investing and market research involve risk and uncertainty. No analyst prediction or market outlook is guaranteed, and our research is generally built around broader investment themes and long-term opportunities rather than immediate short-term results. Market performance can be unpredictable, and short-term price movement alone does not necessarily determine the outcome of an investment thesis. Regarding DXYZ specifically, there appears to be some confusion. DXYZ was not part of an official paid recommendation but was instead discussed as a complimentary pick during a promotional presentation. At no point did James state that DXYZ was never discussed. There is an important distinction between mentioning a stock during a promotional discussion and issuing a formal research recommendation, and we believe that distinction may have contributed to the misunderstanding. As for the special report, customers who remained through the presentation were automatically eligible to receive the advertised materials along with the seven complimentary ticker symbols. However, this was also one of the reasons our team repeatedly attempted to contact you. Even if there had been confusion regarding eligibility, we still intended to work with you and provide assistance because our goal is always to support our customers and resolve concerns whenever possible. We understand that investing can be frustrating, particularly when markets move unexpectedly, and we respect your decision to cancel your subscriptions. However, we strongly disagree with claims suggesting that Paradigm operates dishonestly or misleads customers. We stand behind our products, our research, and our customer service efforts. Our team made multiple attempts to connect with you and address these concerns directly, and we sincerely wish you the best moving forward. If there is anything else we can do to address your concerns we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to help. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at 844-731-0984 or through our contact page at paradigmpressgroup.com/contact-us. Thank you again for your feedback. Paradigm Press
