I paid for the Rich Dad newsletter. Over 2 months in, I only received 1 pdf version of the newsletter, and no mailed version that I was also paying for. I emailed customer service 3 times over a 2 week period and got no response. I called and they said, "Oh well, looks like the new one isn't posted yet." We are not obviously a priority to them, so I requested a full refund and will never pay them for another subscription service. I recommend staying far away from this company, if you have any problems, good luck dealing with their awful customer service.

I was an admire of James Rickard as writer and having read his great books. But his newsletter Startegic Intelligente is really a bunch of spam and marketing products. This is not really professional. I was expecting something more professional and reliable from James Rickards then this cheap and bad marketing. It seems they want you to buy shampoo.
