Dear Mai Larsen, We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your recent purchase. We just checked our records and did not find any emails from you regarding this issue. We apologize if there was any miscommunication. Regarding the stickers you ordered with floral designs, they are indeed made of PET material, as described in the product description, and they have adhesive backing that can be revealed by removing the protective film. As for the size, the measurements are clearly provided in the product description to avoid any confusion. We understand that you expected a different product, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we would be more than happy to assist you with a return and refund process. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will work to resolve this matter promptly. We value your feedback and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to assisting you further. Best regards, Paperwrld Team
