Terrible product, you put in 4 cards and it won't close, not to mention the duties they vaguely list on their website without giving the percentages applied... GET SOMETHING ELSE. 50 euros + 16 euros in duties wasted.... I've opened a report with PayPal about the duties, and they say they were expected... OK, but without first communicating the amounts, bad, bad, bad...

Do not order. Product not as advertised and breaks after 2 days in your pocket. That is with 2 cards in a micro wallet. Product not durable or useable as wallet

Used them back when they were a Kickstarter, however, now they're just another classic company that cut their customer service department in favor of getting their stakeholders more money. Not only do they charge you $55 on a regular browser but $33 in an incognito browser, my package has been lost for over a month and they had the nerve to say "If there are any further issues or the package does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further." LOL what?! You boast about how thin it is, it should be able to fit in a regular envelope, how does it take a month to ship? Nah fam.

Arguably the worst wallet ever. A little pressure and it snapped! I had not fully loaded the wallet there were a total of 4 cards inserted when it did the one thing supposed to be guaranteed not too. It ripped in multiple places. You are much better off buying mightywallet its half the cost still tyvek holds more than 2 freakin crards and offer returns or refunds when they screw up. They flat out will not give me my momey back only a replacement. But if the 40$ wallet ripped once would it not again?? Just want my money back and to never buy ANYTHING from them again.

DO NOT ORDER. Terrible customer support. They have told me to contact DHL for an order that has taken over a month to be delivered to Ireland - I have tried contacting both DHL US and DHL Germany, but no response. No help was offered from Paperwallet whatsoever, and no response to a request for a refund entirely. I was a loyal customer for many years, will do my best to warn anyone else from making the same mistake I did ordering from them.

Terrible customer service. My order was delivered to the wrong address and I have tried to reach out to them several times but with no response. I contacted DHL and they told me that I need to contact the vendor directly. After a week still no replies from PaperWallet I was a loyal customer, I contributed to the Kickstarter campaign and they lost me now.
