Dear Ms. Pereira, We are sorry to hear that your experience was not of the expected level. Upon delivery of the work, our Customers are granted 14 days for a free revision - to make sure that the writer has followed each requirement. We have sent you several emails from our side during the work process to check on writer's messages and delivered the work before your deadline to make sure your deadline is not missed and any required changes are made before your deadline to not let you down. Unfortunately, you have contacted us to revise the paper once the Free Revision Period has passed. At this stage, the writer is paid and we are not able to process revision through the system. Still, our Support Team has offered you a 20% discount for the additional order you placed for the caused inconvenience. Best regards, Support Team PaperHacker.com
