I have attended their complimentary training service and it was excellent. It was as effective as an in-person training. Excellent coach and she keeps motivating me to the next level. For beginners like me i felt it was hard and thats why I gave the rating as 4. They need to understand the clients need and design the course accordingly. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.If you were the person who loves workout you will definitely enjoy and give a 5 star rating.
