Good overall service, improvement needed in UX/UI
The interface is quite straightforward. If you pay attention, you'll only need to fill in your banking details, and that's it. I do think, nevertheless, that the UX can be improved a bit. For instance, it is impossible to use the mobile app, and there's no live customer service if you experience an issue. In this regard, even small matters or answers require a lot of email back-and-forth.
