So my rating is more for your shipping than the product itself. The box you use was very easily opened...before it arrived to me! The side of the box had been pried open and the product box itself had also been opened. Luckily the protective packaging on the jar of CBD had not been tampered with so I assumed it was fine. But in these times you should really use a shipping box that is much more secure.

The service was excellent. The product arrived quickly and was packaged very well. However, what I've learned is that CBD just is not made the same since the feds have begun regulating it. Six years ago, I could purchase CBD that would quickly eliminate a migraine within minutes as well as control my RA pain. In the last year, I've tried 9 different brands including from "dispensaries" and now they are either Hemp oil sold as "CBD" or the CBD is just not as strong. It's sad that once again, I will be adding this product to the list of "not as strong". Although it is CBD oil, it just isn't very effective.

The product does what you said it would do, and I like that! Unfortunately, I got it to help me with the arthritis in my hands, and the bottle is too difficult for me to open. Even a friend without hand problems had trouble opening it. Also, is there any way to get rid or f the distinct smell and taste of weed? And can you list the ingredients on the label? Those would all be helpful things. Thanks.

The product is great but it’s been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn’t arrived... There was an issue with the website stating that they could ship to a certain location (it was on the pull down menu), and I was later contacted by the company saying they couldn’t ship to that location so I needed to give them a different address to ship to. So that was an initial delay, but it’s been way beyond the estimated 3-5 days since then. When is my order arriving?
