A little disappointed to be honest for it was my first time ordering online and probably my last. Ordered 3:1 CBD ointment and received a ointment that was hemp based instead. The website made it seem like I was going to get what I originally wanted but instead I received a different product I didn’t want. They said to ship it back but honestly I’m in pain and needed something ASAP so I kept it and sorry I did. Doesn’t work as well as their 3:1 CBD and just an overall crappy experience especially since the website mislead me to believe I was getting what I ordered.

Love the product. The bottle cap on last purchase is faulty. Inner ring sticks. Difficult to open and I will end up spilling it. Too expensive for that. I ordered two. Haven't tried second bottle.

Unfortunately, I thought I was ordering 3:1 cream. When the CBD arrived I emailed the company and discovered the 3:1 cream could not be sent through the US Mail (Big DUH!), which I knew, but had somehow gone into coma mode when I ordered. Now I have a jar of cream I do not want and had to go to a dispensary to obtain the 3:1 cream, which I use on my arthritic knees, and am very happy with!

Containers and packaging are fabulous but effectiveness of product is lacking. Cannabis CBD should be the medicinal ingredient not Hemp, which is far less potent and effective for pain relief.

I THINK that the product helps me sleep deeper, but i'm not fully sure. But I do know that by body aches are still the same. I totally appreciate the free product you allowed me to try out.

Have felt no difference with these. I’ve gotten more relaxation results from CBD Gummy Bears, but I was hoping to avoid the sugar by using these pills instead.

Great speedy service is appreciated, but the $$ is just too high for repeat order.
