I love the product
I love the product! I purchased a product which went on sale a few days later. I wanted the sale price but was denied it. I feel good customer service would give the sale price if it was purchased within the past week.

It was quite difficult to get in touch with customer service.. Many unnecessary calls, emails and time wasted. Otherwise, once I spoke to someone, the service was outstanding.. Please improve your response methods and times. It would earn 5 stars

I’m sure there is a better way to clean…
I’m sure there is a better way to clean the CBD extract much better removing the chlorophyll properties should be a mission... they work very good tho just the color for some new people I try and introduce it to throws them off

Your product needs more documentation
Your product needs more documentation. Such as: How much to put on? How often to apply. Make it easy to determine the amounts of ingredients in the product. For what you charge you should make comparisons with other topical pain medications.

You all use DHL who uses USPS and I still have yet to get my products. Use better carriers like fedex and ups

Not a fan of the oil
I'm really hoping it will just take some time to get used to. But the flavor combined with the oil in my mouth literally makes me gag when I go to swallow.
