I was Sent two bottles of Relief Repair Cream, and BOTH BOTTLES were expired!! They were dated for expiration 6/2021!!! The person who packed my package LIED about the expiration date. I say this because the packing slip listed the expiration date as 12/21- which is completely untrue!!! I called and left about three messages before anyone bothered to get back to me! Why would I do business with you again?

I have been trying to get through to someone to cancel my account, but have not been successful. In the meantime I have gotten two orders that I did not want! The last one I returned, refused. Please take care of this matter.

I purchased and signed up for a monthly subscription. I have not received my order or shipping confirmation. It’s been 3 weeks. Contacted customer twice now. First time, they said they would get right back to me and find out what happened. I’m going through the toughest time in my life and was hoping to get some help with their oils.

I did not get the product I ordered .. I am very disappointed and will not recomend or order from you!! I ordered the 3:1 pain relief palm and you sent to me the regular .. it does not work as well and the excuse your company gave me when I called is that they did not know I am in California! Very dumb answer since my shipping address is in California!!

I received product a month before it’s expropriation date!! Very much useless. I like the oil, but the other two products, they are very much need to be in the trash. Never again ordering online!!
