Everything was fine until I started getting these emails. Then I tried to unsubscribe and you still kept sending them. Then I hit unsubscribe and I get to the trust pilot webpage that doesn’t acknowledge that I’ve been unsubscribed. So now I’m stuck receiving the stupid emails and not happy with the overall experience. If you’re reading this, take me off all email correspondence immediately!

Their customer service is terrible!! I placed an order, which was paid in full 3 weeks ago l, and still haven’t received my order and you can’t call to speak to someone in Customer Service—you have to leave a message and “they will call you back”, which they still haven’t responded in over a week. Sending them an email is no different. Make sure you charge on credit card if you buy so you can dispute charges so they don’t take your money. The product is good, but the custom service is not!!

Unbelievably bad customer service. I have not received delivery-- I have called and left mulitple messages and emailed and sent notes thru the help chat. NO RESPONSE.

The product is fine. I have no complaints nor I'm I impressed. However, it does seems to be one of those gifts that keeps giving in the form of emails and text and general bothersome behavior even after you ask them to stop.

This stuff did nothing for me. All it did was warm my back and that's about it. i would like a refund and don't recommend ever spending 40 dollars on this crap ever again.

Site is difficult to use. Does not apply coupons they send you. Customer service takes forever to reply snd delivery time was ridiculous. Cream does nothing to alleviate pain.
