This is a great product and a company that has trustworthy, excellent customer service. I take a capsule nearly every day to help with anxiety. It really soothes my nervous system. It usually takes about 45 minutes for me to feel the full effects. The potency and dose of this CBD can take the edge off a stressful day. But it doesn't make me drowsy, just relaxed.
