the customer service was excellent and the menu and descriptions were great. this was the first time I ever tried the product and was very disappointed that it did not relieve my pain. I wish it did. I will continue to use the jar I bought and if it does help relieve my pain I will gladly renew my subscription.

The taste is absolutely horrible! Whoever came up with the lemongrass flavor is nuts it tastes like a cleaning product was just poured in your mouth. Nasty stuff. The effects are Not good enough to forgive the flavor! I will not recommend nor purchase again. Your reply states you reached out to me personally about these issues....when was this? This never happened but would be nice

I tried several times to communicate with you that my shipping address had changed. I sent several messages to you but you never responded. As a result you sent product to the wrong address. Your web page makes it almost impossible to directly communicate to you. I have repeatedly tried to apply my papa points to my purchase. Again no response from you

I ordered the double strength drops; they're so good. This review is 1 star because while the shipment says it was delivered, it, unfortunately, was not, and I never received it. The drops are not cheap, and it's a bummer they did not arrive.
