Unfortunately, we have no control over the routes the postal service decides to use after our products ship from our facilities. Your order #37938 was placed after business hours on 5/29/2019 and was shipped out of our facilities on 5/30/2019. Our normal business hours are from 8 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday PST. Weekends are not considered business days and all orders arrive at the customer within 3 to 5 business days from the ship date. Your order is scheduled to arrive at you by the end of the day on 6/6/2019. Hello Donald, We are sorry to hear about your experience with Papa & Barkley. Currently, our Essentials product line is only available for purchase within the US and can be shipped to most states, with the exception of South Dakota, Ohio, Idaho, and Michigan. There will be no international fees as we do not currently ship internationally. Hello Brigid, We're sorry to hear you did not enjoy the taste of our tincture. In order to maintain an all natural, whole-plant approach to our tincture, we do not add any artificial flavoring, so they will maintain the natural taste of the hemp plant. You may administer the tincture sublingually and hold it there for 30 seconds or until the tincture is fully absorbed. This method prevents the tincture from touching the top of your tongue and experiencing the earthy taste of the hemp plant. Another method in masking the taste of our tincture is to add it to your favorite drink or smoothie.
