Papa & Barkley is an absolutely amazing company with integrity and a truly special start up story of a man trying to help his sick dad. My name is Denise Alvarez and I was suffering from some major issues before I started taking a high CBD tincture from Papa & Barkley. I was dealing with severe panic attacks, a few days out of the month, that were nonstop and I was simply miserable for the whole three days. A few days ago I walked into my garage around 1am, lazy enough to turn on the lights and suddenly I hit my foot against a box of wooden tiles, my toe received the first impact. The pain was so bad that I could hardly breathe. I made it inside the house and did not know if to go to urgent care or wait until the pain lessened. I stayed home and took a few advils to calm the pain. The next day my toe was purple and yellow and I could hardly walk. It was very swollen. I could not even wear tennis shoes. I had remembered that a few months ago my niece had given me a sample of Papa&Barkley Releaf Balm . Well I said this is the time to use it , I had nothing to lose. I grabbed the balm and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds, and massaged my swollen purple/yellow toe. I did this religiously 3x a day, After a few days , I was able to walk, it was no longer swollen, almost back to normal. I feel that putting it also for 10 seconds in the microwave helped a lot. Thanks to P&B Releaf Balm I am able to walk again. As a skateboard filmer I’ve been filming for twenty years crouched down camera to the ground in low angle film mode. Now that I’m in my mid 40s, my back is paying the price! These patches are better than Methadone. My spinal cord in my neck looked like a 2 1/2 inch "black and blue sponge". My medication is always being taken away just as I get it. (CDC guidelines) A PaPa & Barkley THC patch can take me from tears and not being able to stop moving to giggling. These are pure Heaven for me. Don't want to live without them!!!!

The pain balm is great - I use it regularly . When my back acts up I use the pain patches too ! A nice gift for a friend too !

The 1:3 Releaf tincture, 30-60 minutes before going to bed, adds 2-3 hours of sleep per night. I'll sleep 6 hours typically without it, and 8-9 hours of spectacular sleep with it. Thanks!
