I have sciatic back pain and I refuse to take opioids to relieve the pain. In searching for a solution, I found Papa & Barkley and it has been a G-dsend. I used to be in chronic back pain since I ruptured my disc at L-5/S-1 in 2010 , had a discectomy, and just suffered with constant pain that progressed as the day went on. Papa & Barkley ELIMINATED my pain and I now only use it when I have sciatic flare ups (like I do now because I was stupid and wore high heels because I forgot how much pain high heels cause my back). I use their 30-1 drops to sleep through the night and their Pain ReLeaf Balm on my back and it saves me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
