I used to use the subscription service from Nurx and their customer service was not the best. Today I was able to talk to a live person, get my answers immediately, and Karen was able to help me with all my questions and concerns. I am very happy I made the choice to switch who I was using. I was nervous that I would get the same customer service again, but I am amazed at how amazing she was and patient she was with me and all my questions.
