Azul was very informative. Kind and answered all of my questions. I now have the link to get a new prescription for the new year.

What made my experience go so well was my agent Karen. I have been dealing with family deaths and was, quite frankly, expecting it to take hours to get help with my Pandia Health prescription. Not only was Karen able to help me, she helped me literally within 10 minutes, all the while being kind and understanding of my slightly unique situation. Karen was a great service agent and she made the whole experience become a good encounter, not a chore that I was dreading.

Pandia health has been a very helpful and easy to use health care service. I had a small issue with my refill for and Azul helped me finish getting my form completed for my refills.

They just prescribed me a progestin only pill when I've been on estradiol my whole life. They made a huge error; and as usual I'm having to beg them to not prescribe me poison I don't need and instead prescribe what I need and always take. You have to beg them to do their jobs. They quickly take your money, then they prescribe all the wrong things.

My experience with Pandia has always been quick, easy and helpful. Patient care agent, Belen, was very helpful with my questions and ahead of me when it came to what I was reaching out for. I love this service.

Super helpful I’ve been missing a package and I was helped so positively by Belen. I’m so grateful everything got figured out. Super informative too.

While it's nice to chat via text or email if I could I'd give them zero stars. Paid for a full year of BC they sent me ones that were going to expire halfway through and said they'll send me the rest later. When that time came they tried to get me to pay for the rest of the prescription more than once when I already paid for it. It's time to renew my prescription get an email that clearly states in the context of the email and in the subject line that you can get the prescription half off, they would not honor it even after sending them picture proof of it saying it being half off. Waste of my time. They do not have it together there.

Karen was most helpful it getting my renewal taken care of. Very thorough and fast
