Pandia Health support team is very nice. Arnie helped me answer all my questions today. If you have good insurance they will fully cover you. Also there is a one time fee for the doctor and they give you generic so the insurance will definitely cover.

as a physician, I looked for physician led care for my own perimenopause symptoms. On the recommendation of colleagues, I went with this asynchronous platform rather than other platforms with non-physician clinicians who promise same-day medication as I value the opportunity to speak with a physician. I had specific questions which were not answered. Medication was offered which would’ve been redundant with my hormonal IUD without explanation or discussion of why that was offered versus the alternative which was left up to me, and worst of all did not address my most pressing urovaginal symptoms. In desperation, I reached out to my gynecologist who immediately prescribed me medication, and although it is inconvenience to have to travel to an office, I will be seeking in person care with someone I trust moving forward. Best of all, my four days on the Pandia platform cost $150 for me to get no medication no relief no answers and untimely communication.
