The atmosphere while my order was being taken wasn’t very friendly. No smiles on anyone’s face and I felt more as an inconvenience for making them do their job.? After I got my food the orange chicken wasn’t cooked throughly and I made sure I tried multiple pieces so it wasn’t just me. Im Almost positive I talked to the shift supervisor named Moneque. She handled the situation well but I still felt as if I was more of an inconvenience than anything. She checked the temperature of the chicken and the whole batch was not cooked throughly. I love panda and I love coming to enjoy dinner but recently the customer service hasn’t been anything to what it used to.

I was in dc and I got food poisoning from the fricking shrimp and the noodles where not cooked at all

This place is a joke counted nine employees standing around doing nothing one lady helping guy in front of me with a big order and no on can come over and help the other three customers? Stood there for five minutes not getting noticed ya well me and the other two customers walked out. I won't be back dont know about the other two but they didnt see happy either. Customer service is horrible.

Panda Express # 1998 Server Natalia M I had the worst customer service experience with employee Natalia M when placing my order Natalia did not let me finish talking, then when I got to the window to pay she rolled her eyes at me and was very rude I told her I needed to talk to her manager and with a smile on her face she told me sure with pleasure. Natalia needs training on how to exceed on customer service. If she does not like her job, she should go work somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

First time in my life I experienced this type of service. First of all Panda Express at 4701 Maddison ave, CA has smallest portions out of all Panda’s and on top of that employees are so cheap. Today I asked for broccoli and beef for my side and the server put 4 broccolis and couple of beef on the top, and I kind of got upset since I don’t want just broccoli, I want normal portion not BIG portion. When I asked the employee can she put more beef on top ( when I say more it means just make it even ) the other one came to me and said “ No we can’t, it’s a portion”which was very funny to me since there is no portion like that. Then I asked her to take one big broccoli off and put meat instead. The most ridiculous part was that when she take the broccoli off and put ONE MEAT and closed the lead of the food and said “sorry, that’s the portion, I can’t put more”... WOOOOW, really. Every time when I enter THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. There is a always problem. I’ve never been treated like this in any other Panda. Employees in here are rude and cheap like I’m asking food from their plate. I don’t know whose the owner but he need some changes in employees. Definitely not going back here EVER. Store 2389 bad customer service I literally waited an hour just to get 2 plates of food Here are the names that I feel like you shouldn’t have working for your company representing Panda Express names are: KWELI,JORDAN, XIOMARY,LAILAINE these people have bad service they don’t apologize or acknowledge PAYING CUSTOMERS AFTER I ASKED FOR MY FOOD TO BE FRESH THEY BOUGHT ME OLD FOOD I HAD TO SIT AND WAIT AN HOUR FOR ME TO HAVE FRESH FOOD THERE HYGIENE IS GROSS THERE ATTITUDE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS REALLY BAD I STILL HAVE YET SEEN SOMETHING SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL AS THOUGH THEY ARE NOT GETTING COACHED ,COUNCELD, OR WRITTEN UP FOR THERE BEHAVIOR THIS MUST STOP AND IM A LOCAL

Very disappointing no vegan options other than a skimpy portion of super greens with no flavor or seasonings. They put no thought or consideration into this dish. This is a gourmet Chinese food restaurant the epicenter of veggies you must do better oh and the veggie egg rolls are smushy inside gross not good the rice was also hard I spent 11$ and was mad. They have plenty of fresh veggies the should be willing to throw something together it’s not hard.

We were rushed in the drive through and when they messed up are order instead of apologizing they were rude and didn’t apologize, blamed us for the mistake even when we corrected our order taker multiple times and she still put it in wrong. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life, I’ve worked in fast food before so I understand how horrible it is but this was unexpectable she was so incredibly rude, gave me sass and then continued to talk about me to her coworker when she thought I couldn’t hear her. Her name is Gloria A at the Lehi panda store #2561 you see her in there just walk away. And also the manager never apologized ether gave as the wrong about of change back and made us wait 10 min just to get $7.40 cents back.
