I ordered last week and they gave me the wrong order charge my card refused refund and give me a free six dollar bowl. I ordered today 3/5/20 A beef and broccoli and I had two pieces of beef and the rest of the box with broccoli I wish I could take pictures and put on here this place now joins my list of all of Olive Garden it just sucks I will not be back

The food is so so. But food safety is very troublesome. A staff use her fingers instead utensil to stop Chow Mein slipping from plate. Instead pitching the disposable plates and plastic utensils that accidentally fell to floor, they picked them up and put back on counter and used they as if they were clean. Be aware, the utensil you use might be once on the floor.

I just finished an attempt at eating an order from the location here in Roswell, NM. They forgot a meal, argued with us about it before agreeing to replace it, I had no beef in my beef and broccoli, the chow mein was very dry, egg rolls were horrible, I can only assume they were bad and very old, and the overall rest of the order was a very large disgrace and a waste of my time and money. Management here needs to be fixed, and the portions of items within the means need to be more consistent and relax with the vegetables..a sweet and sour chicken panda bowl should have more than 4 pieces of chicken, this was consistent with three bowls I purchased. No beef, limited chicken, rude management that cant ensure orders are correct, and rotten egg rolls. I will be continuing to leave reviews about this location and experience on Google, Yelp, Facebook, other social media, and the City of Roswell Business commerce and council as well as the city health department. I would have had a much better meal from the McDonalds $1 menu.

This organization gives extremely small portions of food yet charge you a lot. Every location I have went to tried to give me a ton of rice or noodles but a teaspoon of meat. I don't want to drive across town for the games that they play! You literally have to fight with them to get some meat even if you pay extra. Food is not bad tasting but portions are horrible.

This place is getting one star because there is no option for a half star. Unbelievably bad Chinese American. Wouldn't recommend unless you would like to waste money. Best part of my entree was the fried rice. Poor

The one on 86th Michigan rd, Have and will always be slow, be prepared to wait. Been coming to this location for over a year and if you dont order online expect to wait. Cant tell you how many times there has been one person make food and ringing up register...to long 5 people in front of me and ive been waiting 15mins to order. Just sad.

Ordered chow mein and 2 orange chicken sides, it was the skimpiest portions ever. When I told the cashier (Priscilla M), about the small portions, she stated, “That is our policy, each portion is only 6 pieces of orange chicken.” She was rude, the worst customer service ever...... will never return to that location....... this location is located in Hanford CA, by the Costco....... 2/15/2020

Always understaffed. Dont care About their customers. They don't care if they wait., I wouldn't recommend this place. At least not until they get some. People in there to handle the customers.
