I had already placed my order and waited more than an hour now I understand that with covid-19 going on it's been chaotic but I drove all the way over there and they said they had to cancel/remove my order. I wasted time and gas money how is it pos sible for them to just remove my order like it doesn't matter the leader they could've done was let me know instead of having me drive all the way over there for the to tell me that they cancelled my order. That is unacceptable.

Went to panda express mount plasant texas we waited in line for the 20.00 dollar special we got to window were told it would cost 35.00 we can fill oder right now no cars in line or you can order on line and need to wait 1 hour if we order on line we live 35 minutes away its called bate and switch.I will tell my friends to boycott panda express bad behavior and conduct.Taking advantage of people during the corona virus in america.The add on line is misleading and bad behavior we need new laws on books.

If I could Leave less then 1 star I would. They are over expensive and uncooked food!!

St. George, Utah South Mall Panda near Smiths. Friday evening about 5pm. Called to verify $20 Family Feast. Lady told me Order online OR come through drive through to get the deal, limit of two. Well we wanted three so my son jumped in a second car and followed me down. Waited in a fairly long line I ordered 2 and at the window she rang it up at full price. I explained I was informed the price would be discounted, she got the manager. Was not the Blond Lady Manager I was used to. This was some Hispanic Guy. He would not discount unless I ordered online, even after waiting in that long line. He was very rude, so I left. My son right behind me got his 1 Family Feast at a discount. He didn't even get what he ordered. He got one of mine. So I called asked again if I went through drive through if I could get the discount. I was again told I could. I told her I had just been there, and she apologized. Put the manager on, he apparently remembered me, denied the other worker told me about the drive through discount, denied my Son would get the discount he got then hung up. Never been treated like that in my life, what a looser. I wouldn't trust someone like that running my company. He needs to by fired for sure. Worst service ever.

Tried the new Fort Oglethorpe location today. Food was HORRIBLE! The chow mein was undercooked and cold. I ordered an egg roll and didnt get it, so I spoke up and the drive thru cashier called me a liar. Finally got my egg roll. It tasted like the freezer quality ones from the supermarket. Orange chicken was mediocre at best. Not a fan and my first impression of this place is definitely not good. Thanks but no thanks.

The Panda Express in Muscatine, Iowa is an insult to the other franchises where I have eaten. The rice was dry and flavorless and the main course was not hot. It was truly disappointing since the Panda Express in Iowa City is wonderful.

THIS IS DESCOUSING dont waste your money here the Food SUCKS i went there and the food was tarrible but the cotumor service is good though

Just terrible super slow been waiting in the lime for a good 25 min and never have anything ready and closing the doors 20min early juts cause they don’t wanna work man come on bring me my food
