Love the food so much, but the particular store located in Grants Pass Oregon needs to do something about the drive thru!! It’s very frustrating, and I probably won’t put myself through the agonizing torture of that drive Thur for a very long time.

The take-out dish is definitely smaller and not so much food to fill it. Stingy with extra condiments. I’ll think twice before going back.

I have gotten Panda Express from several different restaurants in several different cities. Tonight was the first time that I have ever been disappointed. As per my usual order, I got two of the family feasts. This time it was from the Winston-Salem, NC location. Of course it is all take out right now and you don’t realize that there is an issue until you get home. The broccoli beef was all broccoli. When I say that there was no beef, I am not exaggerating. Usually the togo boxes are packed so full that you wonder how they get so much in them. Not this time. The string bean chicken was barely 3/4 full and the orange chicken boxes had about an inch of room left in them. I definitely will not be going back to this location. I gave 3 stars because the quality of the food was still Panda Express.

Love Panda. Buuuut, the drive thru line is always literally 8 cars or more, and they're never very friendly. The food is bomb tho. But I wish they would back off on the rice and give me more Sweet Fire. Yummmmm. Oh yeah and their sodas are HUGE lol

I love panda express. I go there regularly. However the past few times I've went, my receipt is so light you cant even read it. AS for the code, for the free item it's very illegible. Whats the point of having a receipt if you can't even use it. I guess I wont back til I get to use the four coupons I have. Such a disappointment..

The Shang hai steak was my FAVORITE food of all time. They recently changed not only the steak but the filler. They added so much filler that there is hardly any steak. The steak that is in it is also not the same quality. Im extremely disappointed that they decided to cheap out and and fill my entire steak entree with filler even though YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE STEAK. Do better!!!!!!! PANDA I am sincerely disappointed.
