The Aiken Panda express messed up my order. After driving home and realizing my order was screwed up, I returned to the store 30 minutes later, where they said they were low on food; so they offered a coupon.. I was hungry, got no food, and wasted 20 bucks and 45 minutes. The food is sometimes good but often times stale. Neither my family or I will return.

Ordered Delivery. Never received the order. Called the store at 86th and Michigan road and was hung up on twice

All of my food was super greasy, my meat was mostly fat, and there was hardly enough noodles. Definitely not worth the money!

My honest experience is WE ARE NOT GOING BACK! Chinsy portions. Smallest 'To go' container I've seen, not much bigger than a styrofoam hamburger container. Probably not much over 1/3 cup of rice and same for chow mein. We paid almost $20 for 2 sides, orange chicken, beef was flavorless, w egg rolls. Small portion for meat servings also.

Useless store with useless food. I ordered half rice half noodle with black pepper chicken. What I got is almost full rice a very few noodle full of lettuce and beef. I was in a hurry so did not check the receipt they charge me $1.25 extra. Absolutely useless store. In the noodle it's always full of lettuce . you have to dig very hard to find some noodles. It's happening from my last so many visits. But today I litrely through everything in trash bcz I do not eat beef. It's as bad as there virus. I am never ever going back to panda express again. I am done with there customer service and food. Everytime you have to ask for sweet and sour sauce every time you have to ask for fortune cookies. They sell there food just like they are selling treasure and you will get only a little if you get the right order( may be) bcz it's more precious than gold. Useless

I went to Panda's Express on Vance Jackson, walked up to the plastic barrier and made my order. While I waited, I happened to notice the workers in the back. NO ONE HAD ON GLOVES AND THE PEOPLE WHO HAD ON MASKS HAD THEM PULLED DOWN TO THEIR CHINS, LEAVING THEIR MOUTHS AND NOSES EXPOSED!!!! Needless to say, I asked for a refund. A worker named JADA asked why. When I pointed out the issue with no one wearing masks or gloves, another worker immediately ran to the serving line and told the workers to put on gloves and pull up their masks...Bottom line for me...Aren't we still in the midst of the Pandemic?

Second time in two weeks have gone to Charleston and Decatur location in Vegas, and food disgusting and minimal.It was cold, sides were soggy like had been sitting all morning, and got a plate full of vegetables, barely any chicken in items ordered.Not sure if they are being cheap to make up for losing money during Covid, but NOT good business practices.Think I am done!!

So practically every other restaurant in So Cal has opened their dining rooms and Panda is still making me wait outside to order. I'm starting to get the message that Panda just doesn't want a lot of customers anymore. I drive by all the time and still see the "wait outside" sign. I haven't gone to Panda since my first visit under these conditions. If they don't stop this practice soon I will most likely be out of habit and not go again.
