Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.

I went to grab food for lunch I’m a caregiver so always grabbing quick my fried rice wasn’t cooked all the way crab Rangoon was over cooked and the beef and chicken overcooked this was Wentzville Mo one I will not go back waste of 20 dollars

Panda Express at Universal City Walk did not give me my complete order. Every single day they forgot something. However when I asked them about it, the Asian staff became defensive, rude and talked as if I was lying. Not only I did not get what I have paid, but I was being yelled at and accused as a liar. I asked the staff to show me the video to prove that they put the missing items in my bag. However she said she could not show it but she did not tell me why. Who is the liar here? I do not care about spring rolls but I don’t deserve that kind of treatment

It was aweful I’m a door dash driver they are never prepared takes them 45 minutes and they are rude and disrespectful they do not address you for at least fifteen minutes. They do not make it easy to order food in the least they make you not want to do it at all I don’t do disrespect I will fight over disrespect so I walked out and they were petty about it all yelling bye have a nice day they actually try to escalate a situation

Disrespectful personnel. Very bad service. Called the store and they hang up on my face. Called again and again and they didn’t answered because they thought I couldn’t wait outside. This was said by one of the employees. Never again.

Holy crap that's horrible. Guess they figure since it's all takeaway then you won't come back wanting decent food. Don't take your worst enemy here, can't be that cruel.
