I use to like Panda express. I went to the one on 416 86th st. Brooklyn. I walked in 6:pm. mostly all the food bowls were empty. only scraps from the bottom that were left over instead of keep filling the food. not the first time. the Lomein was hard and dry like it was sitting there. they need to replenish quickly and always have a full bowl does not look appetizing when scraping the scraps from the bottom I will not be going there anymore. especially 5pm or later. its a shame.

The one located on Sheldon Rd. In Sacramento had horrible service and a unknowledgable manager. I used a buy 1 bowl get 1 bowl free coupon. The cashier didnt put the code in and charged 17 dollars. I mentioned she forgot the code and she got the manager. The manager refused to refund the price of the 2nd bowl or cancel the order and re-ring up the transaction. Instead she said keep the coupon and use it next time. She handed us a second coupon. The manager stated it was too complicated to refund the money and didnt know how to do it. Instead she said sorry, use the coupon next time and have a nice day. That was very rude. She refused to do her job and made me feel like these coupons are a scam to lure in customers. Never will I go there again.

I just went to the drive-thru at Riverview Mall location in Mesa, AZ. and need to express my surprise when "after" ordering my meal with the end total something that was less than 10 cents and pulled out my only $20 cash to pay, I was told "since there is now a coin shortage, we have to round up to the next $. Meaning they wanted me to "donate" more than .90 cents! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? KEEP YOUR FOOD, I am now and forever banishing PANDA EXPRESS I can maybe see rounding to the next cent, dime, quarter, 50 cent, but NO THANK

Today my wife when to buy beef and broccoli at panda and it was bad with a bad taste and not well cook we end it up throughout.

I went in to panda express in Vancouver Wa last week and I went inside to order my food and a worker and the manager who were wearing a mask kicked me out right after I told her that I'm hard of hearing and rely on lip reading. So I told my daughter in law about what they did to me. She got so angry and called them to complain about their attitude towards me. Clearly THEY VIOLATED THE AMERICAN DISABILITIES LAW. I will find a lawyer and sue them for discrimination! To all deaf and HOH people, DO NOT GO TO PANDA EXPRESS!

I love Panda Express. We goes there at least twice a week. Today’s very disappointed, we ordered 3 orders of chickens teriyaki bowl and 1 ordered of pepper steak to go, came home with all uncooked rice, how could you sales uncooked rice to customer that you won’t eat it yourself and don’t expect others to do the same, you should treat others the same way that you want to be treated. FYI this is not our first time got uncooked rice. I’ve enough of it, I don’t want to give a bad review but we deserve a good quality for what we spend for. We have to throw out theirs uncooked rice and cooked it our own. We are not going back😡😡

Panda Express on green River road in front of Meijer. No sign in the door to require a mask, but as soon as you walk through the door, a Chinese lady will yell at you to put your mask on. The "please" at the end hardly helps. HAVE A SIGN. DON'T EMBARRASS YOUR CUSTOMERS BY YELLING AT THEM FOR NO REASON! SIGN!
