Placed an online order at approximately 9:15 pm with a pickup time of 9:45. Arrived at the store at 9:30 and noticed no one in the store ordering. Went in and they said the order has not shown up yet. Went back to my car and waited until 9:45. Between that time 5 people came in and order and were served. At 9:45, my order was still not ready. It would have been better to just walk in and order. This was the worst experience, made no sense. This was the panda express at 4141 Elverta Road #10, Antelope CA

We used the one off Sheridan and 72nd. We ordered online and drove to pick it up. Their pick up system is AWFUL! apparently they set it on a shelf right by front door for the delivery drivers to get and go. Shortly after we arrived we witnessed a man with a reg "to go" cooler bag grab 3 bags off shelf and leave. That someone grabbed our order off shelf pretending to be a delivery person apparently. We stood in line for 15 minutes before they even told us where our order was to be. It obviously wasn't there. We thought they were making our order again but they weren't. They then waited 15 more min. Then asked "have you found your order?" No lady! We chose PICK UP. We called our house , kids said no, no one has came or tried delivering anything. Employees then said they had to call their manager. FINALLY they remade our $75 order, and then we had to wait 20min more for teriyaki chicken to finish cooking. So, nearly an hour after arriving for an online order, we got our food. Worst. Service. Ever. Too disorganized. They should have people confirming order numbers before grabbing random bags of food near the door.

Looks like I’ll be added to the long list of non returning customers. Today I ordered noodles and Kung pao chicken/green bean chicken w/ cheese rangoons. Wow Rangoons-horrible Kung pao had no peanuts and zero heat! Green beans greasy bland and missing all but 2 pieces of chicken! Waste of $ and time🤯 Bloomington IL.

The fort walton beach store doesnt know how to open up on time

Im a nurse from memorial sloan cancer kettering and I really, really hated at panda express, I haven't written there food since June and today I said let me try it again cause maybe it will taste different this time and a very BIG, BIG DISSAPPOINTMENT like really I went there and ordered my food and the gave me a full bowl of white rice and literally 4 pieces of chicken and I have to pay $10 a plate, so I asked the server to add more chicken he's telling me thats extra charge for another servings qnd I said that isn't another serving , he gone tell me oh that's how it serve so basically im just paying for a whole plate of white rice best I go home and cook my food then $10 for a bowl full of white rice qnd 4 pieces of chicken and top of that their food isn't popping like it use to be when they just open like their food is so nasty now the chicken taste old so old!! If he didn't served it in the bowl already I would have not took it now I came to my staff lounge and had to throw out half bowl of the rice that I paid $10 I should have went to Chipotle cause I xan never finished Chipotle food they definetly gives your moneys worth.. PANDA EXPRESS IS GARBAGE AND TRASH, I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AS LONG AS BREQTH OS STILL IN MY BODY....PANDA NQSTY FOOD FOR $10....GOT ME SO UPSET YOW.

After ordering take out, I was very dissatisfied with the fact that they don't accept any form of payment other than cash. The lady who took my order gave me NO such information, in fact, she didn't give me ANY information; not the price, how long it'd take, nothing so I had to leave once I got there bc I, like most ppl, don't carry cash. They should tell their customers this, along with other pertinent information, when they call to order.

Just for some of you all that's unaware of this restaurant. They are the top most racist company I've ever seen since I been living. They all have illegal immigrant that work in all locations mostly the cooks they name change every time they send to a different location. Be careful where you spend your money at because panda express is ran by bad people from my experience and my option especially Kevin yang he's really racist.
