The food isn't bad for the price but just like anything else it's going up and fast. I've noticed a decline in their ingredients as well. The chicken seems to have more and more batter and less meat every time I eat there. Disappointing I really enjoyed this place at its peak when I didn't have time to go to a sitdown style restaurant, and I don't like take-out sitdowns because it's just never the same IMO.

I love the food but the service needs improvement. Also, please improve your Honey chicken, they were served in very tiny portions.

Store Location: 24 street and Baseline, Phx, Az Love the food. Hate the Delivery service they outsource to Door Dash. Ordered online almost $150 and Door Dash Driver never did delivery, but per the tracking on my phone, she did (Jennifer). Call Door Dash was told it will take 7 to 10 to get my refund placed back on my credit card. Do not like my credit number being passed around. Panda needs to find a more reliable company with honest drivers to deliver their food.

Full disclaimer: I love the food!! But I can’t give 5 stars because, here in St Louis, they are always out of food or waiting on a truck. The worst is the way you sit for 30 minutes just order and then you find out. That sucks!!

I always ask for the same thing in each order, only this time they didn't have honey sesame chicken breast and I opted to order crispy almond chicken breast. It was my first time trying it. It was very bad for me, I will not ask again.

The restaurant that I normally visit is near Osgood Rd, Fremont, CA and hopefully they have finally fired this Asian woman that used to work there at the counter without any self-respect that yelled at the customers and talked back at her manager repeatedly as a ruthless psycho. Food usually tastes clean and fresh and most staff members seem friendly and efficient and the place itself is in a safe and convenient location, however, one crazy employee can just kill your business, no kidding! Please do something about your staff training and help ALL your employees maintain enough common sense and courtesy at ALL times, thank you~~~
