I am in Montana & Me & my kids would go to Panda at lest once a week some times twice & same with my sisters family. I ALWAYS told people to go to Panda & DEFINITELY NOT ANY MORE! We notice they got kinda skimpy on the amount but we kept go anyways cause we loved the food. My whole family like sweet & sour & Now if we ask for sweet & sour they will give us 2 tiny cups that are maybe 25% full even tho we have 5 of us who want some. If we ask for more or a full cup they tell us NO. I tell them I will pay for it and they get very rude with us & tell us NO. They made my nephew cry when he ask the last time we were there. I have not gone back since. I called the 1800 number and that was NO HELP AT ALL. Was on hold for 30 minutes for nothing.

Okay, third time ordering at this Panda Express and the worst time! $8 plate with white rice and 2 veggie rolls. No egg rolls available (why would egg rolls be available at a Chinese restaurant anyway at 12:30pm on Monday). Was told veggie rolls were available, okay I will have those. At pickup window, was told the veggie rolls were just put in fryer (why would veggie rolls have to be ready at a fast food Chinese restaurant. nobody really wants them anyway, right 🙄) 12 pieces of small chicken with a bunch of rice not a bowl but a plate. Not like the other 2 times. I CAN SEE THE VALUE....HOW ABOUT YOU?

I visited this store in manor Texas because i was curious, i just got fired rice and some beef, that was the worst fried rice i have ever eaten, absolutely tasteless, very small in quantity and very expensive, that's my last time in that restaurant.

The food is good but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to pay and leave AFTER the food has been dished up when the line is out the door and there is no dine in. Disorganized group.

Ordered online for Postmates to deliver. When I received my order the complete order was wrong. Panda blamed it on Postmates picking up the wrong order. However, the receipt had our name on it but the entire order was wrong even on the receipt.I paid more for my order than the one we received. So it was Panda that mixed up the names and orders but refused to take responsibility. Really bad business and incompetent. Need to train their workers to be more diligent in getting the orders and names correct. I’m sure that the people that received our order weren’t happy with what they ended up with either. This was the Panda Express in LaQuinta CA on highway 111.

Ordered online for pick up at 720 pick up scheduled for pick up 731 showed up at 734 and waited for the to go person to come back from lunch and was given my meal at 746. Came back rushed and put our order together highlighting the 1/2 chowmein 1/2 rice on our ticket and gave us tiny portions with all rice. Definetly not satisfied. Basically deterring people from ordering online. Have to stand on line for faster service and to get an accurate order.

Used to be a "Panda addict!" In the Pacific Northwest USA, the Pandas serve scrumptious delicious tasty food! Here in Tampa---not so much. At least the University store on Fowler which I visited twice last week. The fried rice was tasteless and cardboard like. The chow mein was the same! The Beijing Beef was decent....but the Teriyaki Chicken left a lot to be desired. Maybe other Tampa Pandas are better? But the taste left in my mouth eliminates my search for a good Panda meal. How below average and tasteless? I'd not even return for FREE meal! Very over priced; not as tasty as local competition....and "simply a memory of meals gone before." ====EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK====

I wanted to give 0 stars. Panda Express on Winchester Memphis TN is the worst! The food is horrible! You may or may not get the food you order and pay for. They are always out of something.
