My grandmother came in and asked for orange chicken on her meal, the guy repeated it and said it right. We got home and it was Hawaiian shrimp. She's deathly allergic of shrimp. If she would've ate it she wouldn't be alive.

Andrew Cherng is worth over 2 BILLION DOLLARS. Any normal business such as Target gives back to the community without asking customers to donate at every purchase. I give to my charities. Don't give to Cherng, as he most likely keeps some of the money. I hope the Feds investigate, and donation at retail should be outlawed, as can't be trusted.

The Panda in Cleburne is always out of something. It seems that I always have to wait on something. The service at this location is terrible. I like the food but I do not use the Cleburne restaurant anymore. They need management in this restaurant. I just left this restaurant for the last time because of my wait when the food I was waiting on was ready but other customers were being served before me while I was still waiting.

Placed an online order at approximately 4:15 pm with a pickup time of 4:45. Arrived at the store at 4:35 and noticed two lines one ordering and the other one waiting for the online order, the one in the store ordering was faster then the otherone. When in and they said the order has not shown up yet. I waited until 5:10. At 5:15, my order was still not ready. It would have been better to just walk in and order. There was no one in charge and when I wanted to cancel my order they didn't know what to do. I was late going to work, but they charged more then $60 for my order for two people. Two days passed and I haven't able to talk to someone cause no one is available. This was the worst experience, made no sense. This was the panda express at 287 Los Altos Parkway, Sparks, NV 89436

My kids love the food at Panda Express and were given gift cards for Christmas that were purchased online and shipped to the purchaser (their Aunt). One gift card didn't work and declined at the register. I've sent 3 emails (none of which have been answered). Additionally, I spent 40 minutes on the phone with customer service and was transferred 3 times before the associate finally said she would email me a link to upload a photo of the gift card. I never received the email or any correspondence. I realize a $20 gift card isn't much but nonetheless it was purchased and did not work. The replacement of the GC should be very simple fix, yet no one at Panda Express cares to make that happen. Very disappointed and will not purchase again, nor will my family.

i keep ordering from arziona phoneix 85029 35th ave peoria panda express people keep giving me wrong order and never have what i want and i ask for souce they never give me souce im done with panda express and theyre managers they dont do anything to fix it either so dont waste you time eatting they s-h-i-t food i hate them forever.

It’s a waste of time to order any From them the food is not that great and then they won’t refund your money when they messed up the order

First time going to this place located at 77 sunshine strip in Harlingen Texas. I heard that food was really great. So I get to the drive thru, place my order, pick it up at the window drove 12 miles home only to find my 2 egg rolls missing. I called back and rude manager told me that I had to go back and pick them. Nah, I don't think I'll ever go there again.
