Panda ExpressReviews of pandaexpress.com

Food and service at the Highland,IN location used to be great. Not anymore, at the drive thru the girls seem like they didn't know what they were doing. The food was terrible, my order was so skimpy and I definitely not go back. I will let my friends don't bother spending their money at Panda. You're getting less for the buck. It is not the same quality.

I don’t know what it is but you are only allowed to get 2 condiment packets per plate now. You pay way to much money for most of the time crappy food and now you can only get two Chile sauces.

Terrible terrible terrible. We had a server by the name of Alexandra G. And after spending $30 on one meal and waiting close to 45 minutes we couldn’t even get a refund. After letting them know corporate will be called the woman than said “okay that’s fine call them”. The disrespect these employees have is mind blowing. These people don’t deserve a $15 pay rate that going to be coming our way. I think the work quality they have right now probably isn’t enough worth paying them minimum wage. They won’t even cook your food because they don’t want to have to clean more at the end of the day. Don’t go here and spend the extra 5 minutes to drive to Signal Butte. If they have the food cooked or not they will never say no to making you your food. The quality between these to places is crazy and instead of spending my tax dollars to build a Panda Express with gross customer service and terrible employee quality maybe they could have built a canes instead. I have never had to wait close to an hour for canes.

Worst Panda 🐼 Express in Las Vegas I have visited this location for nearly 5 years and yes they have their share of a few good but many poor managers, but the current manager at this location is by far the worst. Starting with the quality of food actually being served down to the unbelievably, horrible customer service skills taught and enforced by this manager. The location is in desperate need of a collateral damage expert. As I stated earlier I frequent this particular location often not so much that I like it but my wife is battling cancer for a 2nd time and at times when I can convince her to try to eat that’s what she requests. This location is the closest to us. My wife is battling cancer has Graves’ disease, she’s an epileptic and is deathly allergic to peanuts. I go into this location place my order as I have regularly done in the past for nearly 5 years. The employee nearly leaps over the counter raising her voice exclaiming that they are not excepting special orders. I explained before I ordered the situation with my wife. She then proceeds to falsely explain that she heard the manager tell me this days prior which can’t be true as my wife has had the Covid with no appetite for the last 3 weeks and just tested negative 3days earlier. I could barely get her eat fruit let alone spicy 🌶 chicken. However her stance was so absolute that she she literally held the line up for 10+ minutes as she tried to text / contact this manager. I am a firm believer in giving people a pass I mean any business can have employees that have a bad day which reflects on the company, however the reason for this complimentary review is this is not a one time incident. The truth is, the quality of food being served coupled with bad service has been so frequent that I actually took a photo of the aged teriyaki chicken that they were literally serving to customers at a prior visit to show how consistent this bad management is. The way my experience was going in front of other customers was “ you will take what I give you even if it kills her. This was the level of concern I experienced as this worker tried to charge me $6.oo extra just to make this meal safe - This punctuated by the extremely hard fried rice topped off this takeout experience. This was one of a few really bad visits and it’s time to tell. If you want a good bad meal with equally bad service This Panda Express is your spot.

Their service is absolutely despicable. I’ve place numerous online orders and they’re never ready on time or even close. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes past time in my order today. Not coming back here.

it was so dome i fond toe nails in my ornge chiken yall rachet pepole get out of busnise

I didn't even want to leave one star for this review because I was so dissatisfied with the whole experience. First I tried to call my order in ahead of time but was told that it was busy so call back!! Second when I did call back it was 2 hrs later when I finally got to order. Upon getting my meal it was terrible, then Chow Mein was bland, the rice was cold, dry, and sticky. The orange chicken didn't even taste like orange chicken and was dry as well. The only thing I would give 5 stars to would be the fortune cookie!! Your service and quality have gone way down hill, I don't think I will be wasting my money on your food anymore.

They lost my business forever, unless they put black pepper chicken back on the menu. We don't all want everything fried. I spend about 60 bucks a week, ordering my lunch for work. Plus I donate to children's hospital every purchase. Whenever they want 240 bucks a month back in revenue maybe they'll change the menu back. Until than I will not be back.
