This is concerning the Olathe location at strang line and 119th Street. I just want to put on notice that the employees at this particular place are very demanding short and nasty people. And it's not that they are singling anyone out, they treat everyone with disrespect and malice. Thinking that everyone is coming in there with some kind of attitude and it's because they are all little b1tches in there. I have personally heard the manager talking very short and demanding to other employees. It is just the way these people are in there. They do not have any respect for anyone.

Went into the Panda Express, Los Posas, Camarillo, CA store on 4-15-21. The manager (female) refused to take my survey discount $1.50 and let me checkout and take my order. She was "curt", unfriendly, and nasty to me. She refused to serve me and and wouldn't let me take or pay for my food, which was ridiculous. If I was the owner, I would fire her on the spot! She lost $250.00 per month of food orders that I give to Panda Express, FOREVER! I will never go back to Panda Express....There are plenty of other food restaurant, not to have to put up with such foul and stupid behavior....all for a lousy $1.50 discount.

Recently I placed a order for delivery In the Panda Express In North Myrtle Beach, SC. Approximately an hour went by and still my order had not been delivered. Sometime later I got a phone call from a person that barely spoke English asking if my order was a pick up or a delivery. I said delivery but if the food had sat there this long I didn't want it. I was assured that the food was freshly prepared. When it arrived it was cold and things were stuck together and absolutely not edible. The only thing they were concerned with was making the sale. Save yourself the aggravation and money and place your order elsewhere.

Way overpriced for what you get. I've seen the servers take off food from plates because they think they gave you too much. We ordered two bowls and they were full of rice. The side we ordered with them was basically nonexistent. Three small pieces of beef? For this price, you can go to a Chinese buffet and as much as you want.

I have been a long time loyal customer of Panda Express. We recently went out of our way to eat at the Panda Express in East Wichita, Kansas. Our experience was absolutely horrible I would not recommend that anyone to eat at this location. The young man that waited on us was clueless when ask questions and gave us the impression he really did not want to be bothered by us. They were out of the item we ask for and did not indicate they were going to fix more. When we finally received our order we did not receive everything we had paid for and ordered. Thoroughly disgusted we gave up and walked out. If anyone is looking for the normal excellent good food and service we have become accustomed to at Panda Express avoid this location. I can’t think of any thing good to say about this Panda Express location!

I went to the panda in Fremont Ca. Osgood. Most of the time they are pretty good about getting the food out fast. I seems to have gone downhill in recent years. I ordered a beef & shrimp bowl . 2 of them as I had a BOGO coupon. The girl picked out 2 shrimp and 4 pieces of shrimp for ea. so I ordered a sm. (sm. is about 1/2 cup) of the steak and shrimp also picked out 2 shrimp and 4 steak sm pieces. It came to $17.87 w/ the free 2nd bowl . That a bowl and sm. side $17.87 That's outrageous and you get ALL rice pretty much. The sm. side was 2 shrimp and 4 tiny pieces steak w/ loads of potatoes and green beans. I am not happy and there is no need to go back. Also the food is not all that either. I used to love Panda now its just a disappointment. How can you just pick out 3 pieces of a food Insane.

Their staff are very unfriendly. One employee had a conniption when I asked for soy & plum sauce, they hadn't put any the bag, I thought the packets are for customers. Panda says fill out the survey on the receipt & get 1 free entree when you order a 2 entree meal, but when you order a 2 entree they don't charge for 2 entrees, they charge for 3 entrees which means the free survey item isn't free. That's called bait and switch and it's not legal. I've found a good chinese restaurant and will no longer eat at Panda. Panda Express has poor customer service & they lied about the free entree.

No business should close down for a “meeting” during lunch hour. And if they are out of power they should put a sign.
