TERRIBLE THIEVES. I ordered a meal through Panda Express-Murray Utah. And they immediately, of course, took payment through my credit card. They promised delivery in 30 minutes. 53 minutes later I got a text that the delivery was being "CANCELLED" because of "unforeseen circumstances." So I called them up asking for my money back. The manager, KAYLA TUMALA, refused a refund, using every excuse in the book, basically that I couldn't give her an "order number," which was never given to me in the first place. Essentially, she denied that I had ordered anything, though it clearly shows that Panda Express-Murray Utah charged my bank account $17.70 for a meal, which was clearly shown on my online banking statement.

My friends and I went to Panda Express in Cleveland Tennessee .They just opened & we wanted to try it out.I went inside to order for take out..3 large meals Orange Chicken and egg rolls .Food was cold !Chicken was so hard you couldn't eat it.. Very disappointed thought it would be great!!

Every time I try to order from this restaurant on Door Dash. Panda Express cancels the order. I have found somewhere else to order from - will skip this restaurant going forward because it’s just too inconvenient to wait 30 mins for them to tell you they won’t provide food for an unspecified reason.

Very bad service to include the customer service. No one from this company cares about the opinions of their customers after you report concerns. They only care about sales. Quality of food is not what's being advertised as fresh meats. Do your research thoroughly and listen to the reviews before eating at this business.

Canton Texas panda is disappointing. They wouldn’t answer there phones at all. They wouldn’t deliver literally one minute away to the hotel. Also they stopped cooking most of there food about 2 hours before they closed. This place needs to work on a lot.

My first experience was that an Asian employee called an Asian customer behind me to the counter for her order. The customer saw what was happening and said that she needed to help the first person in line. I didn't think much of this but today, I went in and the same lady was working and ignored me TWICE after looking at and ignoring me. She proceeded to help two other Asian customers and ignore me. I walked out without placing an order and you better believe, I will be sure to pass along my experience! I'll be contacting corporate as well. What an outwardly racist encounter, twice! Panda express is a rip off , store at indian school and 10 st phoenix az , makes money on the carbs.....rice and chow mein...they hardly give you any meat with the veggies except for the sugary orange chicken...and grainy teriyaki chix....almost ten dollars for just carbs....I'm done with the store....I have been going there for years but its getting worse and worse .....DONE WITH GETTING RIPPED OFF !!!
