Christina in the drive thru was RUDE and HATEFUL. Food was pretty good what they had anyways. Out of alot of things. No bags, no straws. All that is fine I get it it happens. But the RUDE "manager" was not called for.

My husband and I decided today not to return to this place. the spaghetti is raw and salty. I ordered meat and broccoli and the clerk put only broccoli. the chicken has no flavor. I asked for sauce for the egg rolls and the cashier said they didn't have them. With the same price I can go to another place to eat better.

Where is the negative Star??? Do you serve fresh food??? My neighbor drug me to your place for your antique freeze dried food. IT SUCKS. I would rather eat my leather shoe. More protein and flavor. "NOT".

Incompetent, young and rude staff. Asked if we could see the manager; who turned out to be incompetent, young and rude. Shrimp was spoiled and smelled bad. Did I mention that they were incompetent, young and rude?

We heard it was good, but were disappointed. The entrees were ok. The fried rice was bland, and we paid for 12 spring rolls and received 8. When we tried to call to complain, we got a recording saying no one was available to answer the phone. We will not be back.

The panda express in spokane aregreat. Unfortunately I live in Missoula, Montana which has the worst P.E. in the nation. Slow as can be. The assistant managers are so rude. It is to the point of hatefully rude. You are stupid and should not be asking questions! Many are clueless on trying to ring up coupons, manager annoyed that i brought in a coupon. My 13 year old got it for school accomplishments. The bathroom was dirty with toilet paper on the floor and di i say that the rice was candy hard. I do not think they even have brown rice. A side of rice is white and over priced. did i say management is rude. I am 67 and she was so condescending to me. Also she was not very articulate. She constantly used double negatives We didn't do nuthin different to the rice, was one

Run from this place. Even the tea is horrific. Run like the wind from it.

I placed an order with Panda Express in Hollywod FL. I did not know they use DoorDash. Either way my order was shown to be delivered and I did not receive it. I called Panda, they took my name and said call back in 10 mins. 15 mins later I called back and got passed around 3 employees. One said to call DoorDash, the other said she will issue me a refund, still waiting for that refund. I contacted DoorDash Chat, got passed on to six different agents, lots of sorry and sympathy but no action at all. DoorDash is a Joke! Panda should find another deliervery service!
